How long does delivery take?
We handle orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Carrier transit then takes a further 4–12 business days, so the estimated total delivery time is 5–14 days from the date of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to both the United States and the Netherlands, with no minimum spend, promotional code, membership, or other condition.
Your total, including any applicable taxes and duties, is shown in your cart and at checkout before payment.
What is the return policy?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with original tags and packaging, where applicable.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label or another reasonable solution at no cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?
McPerry currently ships to addresses in the United States and the Netherlands. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you or cancel and refund the order.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, color, or size, please return the eligible item under our Refund Policy and place a new order through the store.
